Meet Stav
Stav Davis is a Pilates Trainer in Yorkville. She tailors Pilates sessions to your needs to help you connect with and feel at ease in your body. She believes that movement shouldn’t feel like punishment - it should make you feel good. With her support, you will create more space in your mind & body.

Group Mat Pilates Classes
Join Stav’s team for a Mat Pilates class in studio. These 45 minute classes combine a variety of props to focus on strength, stability, posture, breath control and flexibility. Each class will work to balance strength and flexibility within all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.
